Salerno to screen ‘The Old Man and the Sea’

Iranian short film ‘The Old Man and the Sea’ has made its way to the Salerno International Film Festival in Italy.

The Iranian Youth Cinema Society reported that ‘The Old Man and the Sea’, directed by Ali Lajourdi, is taking part in the 75th edition of Salerno film festival.

The film is about an old man who is looking for someone that can remove an old tattoo of a young woman’s face on his arm.

‘The Old Man and the Sea’ was screened at the 37th Tehran International Short Film Festival and the 39th Fajr Film Festival, both in Iran.  

The 75th Salerno International Film Festival opened on Monday and will run until November 27.
